Post several acquisitions customers of this large regional bank were feeling acquired not served. The bank suffered the lowest customer satisfaction ratings in the region. Growth would come from deepening share of wallet, no longer acquisition. SCG launched a process to transform the service culture and two years later, remarkably the bank achieved 82% favorability (#1 regionally) and 75% customer satisfaction (12% improvement).
