What's Your Style?The Interpersonal Leadership Styles (ILS) survey is a powerful interpersonal communications tool that focuses on individual styles of behavior and the impact different styles have on the quality of relationships and personal and team performance. Our ILS programs and workshops have been sharpened to improve Emotional Intelligence (EQ) that impacts individual and team effectiveness. It has become an invaluable tool for Executive Coaches, Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Managers, Human Resource and Consulting professionals.
ILS ApplicationsStratton Consulting Group has certified over 500 people across diverse industries and organizations to facilitate the ILS. Currently our facilitators are utilizing the ILS across four continents including North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications companies, as well as a variety non-profit organizations, colleges and universities, financial advisors and, of course, personal coaches are using the ILS with their clients and students.
ILS Program Components
ILS Core Facilitator Program ToolboxOur facilitator resource vault will provide the materials to conduct a 2.5-hour experiential workshop. Participants can complete the ILS survey, as on-line pre work or fill out live in the room. Guidelines on how to review individual participant results and/or the group results will be provided as well as an outline to conduct an interactive cross talk exercise around the ILS results. A take home ILS Booklet and tip card is available for all participants.
Actionable ILS Conversations
We believe embedding desired behavioral changes requires a powerful combination of
leader-led authentic conversations, technology and insight-driven data. We don’t just
talk about sustainable behavior change, so we have custom developed a specific follow-
through program for ILS utilizing the Actionable Conversations TM platform. We are
calling it Actionable ILS Conversations.
The Actionable ILS Conversation Program is designed to provide relevant and timely
reinforcement of the skills and behavioral awareness introduced during the ILS

A Follow-Through Reinforcement Program
ILS Core Plus ToolboxAll the materials to conduct a 4-hour workshop including the above plus material to conduct the Adaptive Leadership Model. The Adaptive Leadership Model provides participants an opportunity to experientially learn how to flex and adapt their style situationally in order to become more effective leaders. Situational case studies are reviewed and practice sessions are conducted to ensure understanding.
ILS EdgeFor smaller teams and individuals who are not looking for a workshop but would like to experience the ILS. The Edge experience includes the completion of the ILS survey and completion of an online interactive ILS E-Course. Participants will receive electronically their ILS survey results and materials.
