Facility: Bismarck Medical Center

Location: Bismarck, ND

Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts

Job Schedule: Full Time

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00

Pay Info: $20,000 sign-on bonus available to eligible candidates!

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized care to our patients. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced RN, this role offers the chance to work both independently and as part of a motivated team.

We are seeking compassionate, hardworking RNs who are adaptable, great communicators, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills. Our nursing team thrives on innovation and critical thinking, supported by a dedicated Education team that provides evidence-based training and resources to help you succeed.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Be a graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
