This is a direct hire hybrid position based in Wayne, Pennsylvania . Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and customize the Salesforce platform to meet business needs (approximately 70% of the role). Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components (approximately 30% of the role). Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Maintain system integrity by performing updates, testing, and documentation. Work independently on assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Qualifications: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including administrative and development tasks. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components is required. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and data management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning. Compensation: Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
