Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to recommend HVAC system upgrades.
• Leverage provided, high-quality leads to drive revenue—NO Cold Calling!
• Educate homeowners on heating, cooling, and air quality solutions.
• Offer financing options to make home comfort solutions more accessible.
• Manage the entire sales process from consultation to closing.
• Collaborate with expert installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience required (HVAC, Solar, Windows, Roofing, or similar).
• Proven success in closing high-ticket sales and meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to build trust, explain value, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
