Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings is needed to support K-12 students in Tacoma, WA, for the upcoming school year. This contract position runs from September 2, 2025, through June 12, 2026, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week over five days. You will work closely with a caseload of approximately 30 students, providing essential OT services that promote their academic and functional success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions and assessments for K-12 students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with state regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license required.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work collaboratively within a school environment.
