Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in both Spanish and English, are highly encouraged to apply.EXPERIENCED REPOSSESSION AGENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!!BRAND NEW TRUCKS AND L5Ms LPR CAMERAS.DutiesEngage with clients through various communication channels to discuss outstanding debts and payment options.Utilize effective negotiation techniques to facilitate debt recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.Document all interactions accurately in our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues llaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving recovery rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging conversations with clients.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to Asset recovery.RequirementsProven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or Repossession Agent.Be 22 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance.Proficiency in data entry and computer systems; ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.Perks/Benefits:Fleet vehicle, Either a Dodge 4500 or a Ford F450.
