Work Schedule: Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
Practice Setting: General Dermatology with optional Cosmetics
Location Preference: Avon location strongly preferred, but open to splitting time between Avon and South Windsor
Patient Demographics: Adult and Pediatric Dermatology
Clinical Scope:
Diagnosis and management of common inflammatory skin conditions (e.g., acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis)
Comprehensive skin exams
Biopsy procedures and small excisions (must be comfortable and experienced)
Salary: Competitive, discussed directly with candidates
Base + bonus structure
Generous compensation package; experienced APPs can earn close top end (above-market for the area)

Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active/unrestricted Connecticut license (or ability to obtain)
Dermatology experience preferred (new grads with strong interest may be considered)
Must be personable, team-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care
Proficiency with biopsies and minor excisions required

Onsite Shadowing: 2 3 hours in clinic
