About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Project Manager to join our growing team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple commercial/industrial projects simultaneously, managing a minimum annual portfolio of $3M.
  • Ensure compliance with all electrical and construction codes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate field staff to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage all project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, O&Ms, and JSAs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant field and project management experience (field experience preferred).
  • Mandatory experience in commercial/industrial projects.
  • Management degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and construction codes.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in computers and software, including Microsoft Office, email, and project management tools (Procore, BlueBeam, etc.).
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
