Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to perform pressure washing, window washing, and maintain buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas of the facilities/property requested by the client.

• Power/Pressure washes buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas to maintain curb appeal of facilities as needed.
• Maintains strict attention to detail while performing duties at each location.
• Cleans up after job is complete, which includes washing windows, moving all items back to desired locations, removing debris, and removing all job materials.
• Cleans and maintains company service vehicle and equipment.
• Complies with all company directives related to building operations, work safety, and operational management.
• Participates in big cleans of equipment or facilities when needed.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pressure washing experience is desired.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
