Job Description

Our client, a conservation-focused nonprofit, is seeking a temporary to permanent Operations Assistant to support their team in Gaithersburg, MD!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service when answering phone calls.
• Manage and maintain office supply levels.
• Handle mail collection and distribution.
• Maintain and set-up conference rooms and other areas.
• Support membership with due reconciliation, donation letters, and supporting member inquiries.
• Provide support to the office, membership, and ad hoc projects through other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of office operations experience are required.
• An associate's degree is required.
• Proficient MS Office with a technical savviness; iMIS is a plus!
• Self-starter with strong detail orientation and fantastic communication skills.

Position Information:

• Pays $20/hr-$22/hr, while temporary, DOE.
• Converts to a salary of up to $50k, when permanent.
• 100% on-site in Gaithersburg, MD.
• Free parking!
