Now Hiring: Property Accountant (Contract-to-Hire) – Hudson, OH

Pay: Up to $28/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage accounting for multiple properties, including monthly financial reporting
• Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and tenant transactions
• Process accounts payable and receivable related to property operations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of property accounting experience
• Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Motivated, positive attitude with a passion for accuracy and improvement

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
