Clearance: Top Secret or above Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security infrastructure for our organization. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Primary Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain security controls to protect against cyber threats
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify security gaps
• Develop and implement remediation plans to address identified vulnerabilities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ACAS, HBSS, and eMASS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and make recommendations for security improvements Skills Required: • ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution)
• HBSS (Host-Based Security System)
• eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service)
• RMF (Risk Management Framework)
• SIEM (Splunk or LogRythm)
• Strong understanding of security principles, including confidentiality, integrity, and availability
• Experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills Education and Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on security engineering and compliance
