Thomasville Road Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida, is seeking a new lead/senior pastor . We are a church of about 325 in worship with great facilities and loving people, centered in the heart of Tallahassee on an 18-acre campus. We are a multi-generational church that offers a blended worship style.
A prospective candidate must have an advanced seminary degree, at least an MDiv. Also, prior lead pastor experience in a church of at least 250 (for experience with staff) for at least three years is also required. We are not of reformed theology. It is our desire to have a man with great preaching abilities, with a personal evangelistic heart, and who is as well a “people-person” for pastoral care.
