Job Description
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist/Case Manager to join our Mission Services team.
In this role, you will work with Goodwill's mission participants to match their backgrounds, skills, and interests with job openings, prepare candidates for interviews, and assist with entry into the workforce. You will provide an array of vocational services to individuals at their assigned locations to facilitate skill building, job safety, and the appropriate work behavior necessary to be successful in employment.
In addition to working with participants, establish and maintain community relationships with employers and public agencies to facilitate learning and secure employment opportunities.
The Employment Specialist will coordinate the scheduling and training of vocational programming staff, assist the supervisor in overseeing the department, and assist with administrative responsibilities.
