Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hr. (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production documentation to complete assigned assemblies.
• Perform assembly tasks such as labeling, soldering, wire cutting, crimping, harnessing, potting, and continuity testing.
• Build and assemble cables, circuit boards, and harness boards using hand tools and microscopes.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with production standards and QMS procedures.
• Support special projects, kitting, and documentation updates as needed.
• Maintain attention to detail and complete work accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Must have knowledge of IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 standards (certification preferred).
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use tools such as soldering irons and pliers.
• Ability to read blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions, and measure accurately.
• Must be able to distinguish colors for wiring and coding.
• Basic computer skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
