Job Description

Become a key player in our success at Frito-Lay! As a Delivery Associate, you'll be essential in ensuring our products reach their destinations safely and efficiently. This position provides an excellent opportunity to grow within Frito-Lay and potentially within our parent company, PepsiCo.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products to designated stores on your assigned route.
  • Load and unload products from box trucks and trailers.
  • Verify orders with store receivers during delivery.

Our operations run 24/7, which means your schedule may vary. This is a physically demanding job, requiring you to be on your feet for your entire shift. If you're new to this type of work environment, please be prepared for the physical aspects involved.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Ability to adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations regarding work hours.
  • Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; able to obtain any required local licenses.
  • Capacity to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products reliably.
  • Able to lift between 15 to 40 pounds consistently.
