KRE Security, LLC is Looking for 2 individuals to add to our team!



Office: 11 S 3rd Street | Hamburg, PA 19526

Work Location: On Site first 90 days, then WFH with occasional office time when required by Management



Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The Scheduling Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our agency by efficiently managing and coordinating the schedules of our guards and clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.



Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and manage the schedules of guards and clients, ensuring optimal coverage and client satisfaction.



  • Match guards with clients based on their skills, availability, and client preferences.



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guard availability, client preferences, and schedule changes.



  • Communicate with guards and clients to confirm shifts, address scheduling conflicts, and provide necessary updates.



  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure that client needs are accurately reflected in the schedules.



  • Monitor and address any scheduling issues or concerns promptly and effectively.



  • Assist in the onboarding process of new guards.



  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guards, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.



  • Maintain confidentiality of all business-related information.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in security or a related field is a plus.



  • Proven experience in scheduling or coordination roles.



  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules and records.



  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.



  • Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant computer applications.



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.



  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Schedule:



  • Friday & Saturday night 10pm - 10am, OR
  • Saturday & Sunday 10am - 10pm

  • Hamburg, PA 19526 (Required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote within 1 Hour of Hamburg, PA.
