Contract Manager – Services, Equipment, and Materials

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Contract Manager to oversee and enforce contract performance for services, equipment supply, and material agreements. This role is responsible for ensuring that all vendor and contractor activities align with contractual, commercial, and compliance requirements while supportin operational and supply chain goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and monitor vendor contracts to ensure compliance with all commercial and non-commercial terms.
• Review existing contract language, assess obligations, and ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements.
• Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate contractor performance.
• Enforce vendor adherence to all contract terms and conditions.
• Administer contract provisions and coordinate change orders with key stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with Supply Chain policies and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field , or at least 10 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in contract management, vendor compliance, and performance monitoring .
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
