JOB TITLE: RF Engineer 3

LOCATION: Littleton, CO

PAY RATE: Up to $60/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Lead Payload Analysis efforts and execute test cases for payload initialization on assigned programs.

• Work closely with technical leaders and subject matter experts to manage payload risks and opportunities, lead studies, and support program milestones.

• Collaborate directly with customers to ensure payload performance and delivery success.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with CI Poly

• U.S. Citizen (program/customer requirement)

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field (degree or certification)

• Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements and allocate functions to satellite subsystems and components

• Experience with MATLAB or similar coding tools

Desired Skills:

• Strong team player with experience working in cross-functional environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with peers and leadership

• Experience defining end-to-end performance and functionality of RF payloads and/or subsystems aligned with mission needs and CONOPS

• Proficiency in developing specifications and interface definitions for digitally processed RF payloads

• Experience defining external interfaces for antennas, RF components (active/passive), receivers, transmitters, and digital processors

• Experience certifying and delivering RF payloads or subsystems to customers

• Proven ability to support and execute major program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.)

• Experience applying AI/ML data analysis techniques

• Experience programming in Python
