Summary

We are looking for a Research and Development (R&D) Manager with a proven ability to bring new products to market. You will join Mycronic's Global Technologies division within the Applied Plasma business line (Surfx Technologies).

  • Grows the R&D organization through strong people leadership, including listening, learning coaching, and communication
  • Cultivates a culture that combines innovation with operational excellence and accountability
  • Implements robust development frameworks through product design, compliance with standards, risk management, and quality control
Qualifications & Experience
  • Advanced degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or related field
  • Proven track record of building and scaling an R&D organization
  • Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing technology
  • Demonstrated success in motivating and growing multidisciplinary engineering teams
