Core Responsibilities
Campaign Design & Execution:
Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, mobile, SMS, etc.) using Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard.
Data Integration & Management:
Integrate diverse data sources into the platform and develop schemas for data to personalize customer journeys.
Segmentation & Targeting:
Develop segmentation strategies to target the right audiences with relevant content for maximum impact.
Automation & Workflows:
Build automated customer journeys and workflows to streamline communication and marketing efforts.
Template Development:
Design and adapt templates for newsletters, landing pages, and forms to align with branding guidelines.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to improve performance and engagement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, creative, data, and product teams to develop strategies and ensure campaign success.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve technical problems related to the Adobe Campaign platform and campaign delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Adobe Campaign Expertise:
Strong technical and programming skills in Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant scripting languages is often required for data manipulation and custom solutions.
Marketing Automation Best Practices:
Knowledge of marketing automation principles and email deliverability standards.
