We are looking for a web designer to create visually stunning, high-converting websites that help small businesses stand out. From wireframes to final designs, you'll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our digital experiences. You'll join our Development team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. About the role Design high-converting, visually engaging websites for small businesses. Work closely with the development team to bring designs to life. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas. Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and layouts across projects. Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance. Stay up to date on design trends and best practices to continuously improve our approach. Assist with marketing and additional design-related projects as needed. What We're looking for 1-3 years of experience in web design or a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how design impacts conversions. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly. Positive attitude, creativity, and attention to detail.
