Job Title: Warehouse Tasker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Tasker. In this role, you will be responsible for expediting transactions through the warehouse management system, resolving issues with customers and carriers, and supporting various functions within the warehouse. Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Pay Rate: To be discussed during the interview process

• Shift: 2 nd (2PM-10PM)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily waves of orders

• Monitor and move workload through the warehouse management system

• Collaborate with operations to identify and resolve inventory issues

• Schedule inbound carriers and update outbound shipping schedule

• Generate and analyze system reports to evaluate shift progress

• Communicate verbally and in writing with associates and customers

• Work productively within a dynamic team environment

• Prioritize tasks and handle conflicting priorities

• Follow work procedures and safety rules

• Read, understand, and follow directions/instructions

• Communicate directly with carriers to ensure seamless transactions

• Review and process shipping notices transmitted via EDI

• Oversee the exchange of parcel shipments with carriers

• Resolve data transmission failures/errors with IT and procurement teams

• Interface with IT contacts in case of system-related barriers

• Provide complete communication at the end of each shift

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic warehouse operations

• Familiarity with distribution/warehousing concepts, practices, and procedures

• Ability to make decisions based on instructions and guidelines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong ability to work in a team environment

• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
