Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse and distribution center. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented leader who excels in managing teams, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining efficiency in a dynamic setting.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Utilize data entry systems to track inventory movements and update records promptly.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.
• Address operational challenges and resolve issues to maintain smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational objectives.
• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance metrics and activities
