• Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
