Tesla is actively seeking a Used Vehicle Advisor to consistently deliver an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. They constitute Tesla’s front line and are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. A Used Vehicle Advisor will partner with local Sales, Service, and Remarketing teams to revolutionize the customer experience around purchasing a pre-owned car.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage pipeline of Used Tesla customers and take ownership of accounts post-sale through delivery to customer 
  • Serve as customer’s main point of contact for all aspects of delivery for their Used Tesla 
  • Ensure account completion prior to delivery appointment including payment method, registration, insurance, etc. 
  • Monitor transport of Used Tesla’s to the customer’s desired delivery location, providing customer with ETA updates 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to finalize all documents for vehicle purchase and confirm vehicle readiness 
  • Communicate with Transportation Logistics team to solve transportation issues causing delivery delays 
  • Collaborate with Used Delivery Department to meet and exceed quarterly delivery goals 
What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in sales and operations with proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization 
  • Proven dedication and ethical approach to sales and operations 
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner  
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular schedule, as needed 
  • Valid driver's license required
