We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of USCIS processes and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals.

Must Have A Minimum Of 3 Years of USCIS Immigration Law Experience.

Must Be Able To Speak And Write Spanish Fluently.

$18 - $28 hourly

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing various immigration applications and petitions with USCIS, including family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, and naturalization applications.
• Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
• Organize and maintain client files and documentation.

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on immigration law.
• Familiarity with USCIS processes and immigration forms.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
