We are a leading underground utility installation company committed to delivering high-quality services across the Sioux Falls area and beyond. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Underground Utility Installation Foreman to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Underground Utility Installation Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of underground utility installation projects. Your responsibilities will include leading crews, teaching others to operate equipment, interpreting and implementing plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining open communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage crews effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Have the knowledge and experience to effectively perform all positions within the crew and have the skills necessary to teach others these skills.
• Interpret and implement project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate and precise execution of installations.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Proven experience in leading crews and managing construction projects, preferably in underground utility installation.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of construction equipment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the tri-state area as needed.
