As a UI/UX Designer at FreshAhead, you'll craft intuitive digital experiences that redefine how agricultural professionals work. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo—it's about pushing boundaries, innovating beyond standard dashboards, and developing solutions that fundamentally transform an essential global industry.
🎯 What You'll Do
Design Exceptional User Experiences
- Create intuitive solutions and information architectures.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Establish and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system.
Drive User-Centered Research
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and research.
- Translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Innovate Beyond Convention
- Challenge industry norms with innovative design concepts.
- Stay ahead of trends, design tools, and best practices.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner closely with engineering, product management, and customer success.
- Ensure accurate implementation and optimal user experience.
🙌 Who You Are
- 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience ( B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven portfolio showcasing innovation and clear problem-solving.
- Skilled in Figma , prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
