  Qualifications
• High School or GED preferred
• Managing traffic control operations: 5 Years preferred
• 
  Job Description
• Hands on field supervision of paving projects with extensive knowledge of traffic control operation and equipment
• Traffic Control Supervisor directly reports to, and is accountable to the project Superintendent
• 
  Skills and Knowledge
• Hands on motivated leader
• Ability to conduct effective traffic control and lane closures for compliance
• Demonstrate an ability to organize, control, and manage all areas of traffic control operation
• Ability to understand and interpret terms and specifications of contracts
• Knowledge of equipment, methods, and techniques used in traffic control under paving construction
• 
  Job Responsibilities
• Review problems on projects with project superintendent
• Insure quality of work at all times
• Supervise and train traffic control personnel
• Plan days operation
• Keep records of daily traffic reports
• Keep up with all traffic control equipment
• Insure safe working conditions for the crew
