About The Role We seek a motivated individual for a temporary role supporting key business functions to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include developing financial forecasts across channels, generating analytical insights, and evaluating strategic decisions. You will manage forecasting models and refine planning processes, reporting to our Sr. Director of Finance. What You’ll Do Support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making Generate and analyze financial reports Prepare materials for investor and Board presentations Monitor trends affecting financial health Gather data to inform financial decisions aligned with organizational goals Track KPIs and incorporate findings into forecasts Assist with monthly accounting activities and variance analysis Improve planning and reporting processes continuously Who You Are 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis Knowledge of GAAP accounting Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Effective communicator, both written and verbal Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint modeling Experience in retail, D2C, e-commerce, or digital marketing preferred Investment banking or MBA background is a plus Start-up experience is a plus Team player with a positive attitude Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance and Sales Industry: Retail Apparel and Fashion Referrals can double your chances of interview success.
