Our support team members, called Dragonflies, make all the magic of the bartaco dining experience possible. As an important part of our team, you’ll impact all areas of the guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of service in our dining rooms, periodically, assembling orders, delivering food to guests, maintaining the atmosphere of our dining room, talking to guests, etc.

As a bartaco support team member, here’s an overview of what you’ll do.

• Delivering drink and beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ensuring food orders are efficiently and accurately brought to guests. Clearing and resetting tables, bussing to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist in seating guests, providing menus, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
• Engage and interact with guests, answering questions, and providing assistance as needed.
• Assisting with takeout and to-go orders: Helping guests with their takeout orders and ensuring they have everything they need.

Qualifications:

• Previous Restaurant Experience: While not required, previous restaurant experience is encouraged.
• Trained in bartaco Service and Hospitality: The team member should be familiar with and able to demonstrate the trained bartaco steps of service according to bartaco standards.
• Physical Ability: The Dragonfly should be capable of carrying and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Genuine Hospitality and Kindness: Displaying genuine hospitality, kindness, and a welcoming attitude towards every guest at bartaco.

Please note that these qualifications and job tasks are specific to the Dragonfly position at bartaco. The role is designed to provide support and assistance across various areas of the restaurant, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for guests.
