Job Description

Salary 54,080 - 79,040 USD per year

Requirements:

- We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. You should have effective skills in identifying and analyzing business requirements, as well as recommending solutions. We value experience in problem resolution, including determining the scope of issues, identifying root causes, and creating well-thought-out recommendations. You should be able to manage multiple priorities independently or in a team environment to achieve goals. Familiarity with Change Management and Agile Methodology is beneficial. Good communication and presentation skills are essential, along with strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills. Knowledge of financial services or payments is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- As a Summer Associate Intern, you will participate in cross-organizational task groups that focus on new automated systems, products, and services. You will work with project teams to plan, coordinate, and rollout software. Partnering with other business units and vendors will be necessary to improve procedures, resolve problems, and implement initiatives. You'll develop and present findings from your analysis and research to management at all levels. Additionally, you will become integrated into the day-to-day strategy, analysis, and operations of our team.

The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program that begins in May 2025 and ends in August 2025.
