Job Title: Social Media and Influencer Marketer
Pay Range: $70,000 - $135,000
Type of Position: Full Time
Location: Hybrid
Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Fulfill ad-hoc affiliate marketing requests.
•Analyze reporting, as well as partner insights, to recommend strategic improvements.
•Manage communications between technical and creative teams.
•Responsible for analyzing keywords, web traffic, and market trends to create data-based strategies.
•Ensures the diversification of traffic sources and expands the firm's current affiliate base.
•Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
•Communicates and negotiates with affiliate partners regarding campaign strategies and commission structures.
•In charge of recruiting affiliates and tracking sales/activity from affiliate sites.
•Consistently screen current and potential affiliates to ensure best practices.
•Develops roadmap and goals for the Affiliate marketing program.
•Takes lead on providing regular reporting on campaign performance.
•Analyze reporting, affiliate insights, to recommend strategic improvements.
•Recruiting and onboarding new affiliates
Qualifications:
•Very well organized
•Bilingual (Spanish)
•Good follow-up and follow through
•Strong communication skills
•Project management and managerial skills
•Ability to analyze metrics, reports, and trends regarding consumers
•In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing
•Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
•High degree of analytical skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
Education and/or Experience:
•Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) from a 4-year university in Marketing
•5+ years of experience with record of success in Social Media and Influencer Marketing
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
