Amazing Opportunity in Dallas, TX for Senior Workday HCM Analyst About the Role: Role: Senior Workday HCM Analyst Hybrid/Onsite: Starting on-site to begin with potential to become hybrid as the implementation evolves Shift: Day Shift, 40hrs per week Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: The Senior HCM Business Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system for Parkland Health. This role is crucial in managing the transition from the current system solutions to Workday, ensuring that the system meets Parkland Health's needs while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. Will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and operational leaders, to drive successful project execution and system adoption. Specifics About the Need: Transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Workday HCM, Core and/or Recruiting certified - preferred Min. of 5 years experience in implementation and/or end-to-end enhancements, preferably with Workday or other HRIS implementation experience in developing and delivering training programs Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology or related field familiarity with PeopleSoft preferred Profile Requirements: Resume/Work history Skills Checklist - Provided by ThreePDS to complete Copy of Certification(s) if Applicable At least 1 reference
