Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Jacksonville market. This role combines relationship building, cold-calling, neighborhood outreach, and networking to generate new business. If you’re the type who enjoys meeting people, thrives on challenge, and loves seeing your hard work pay off, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, neighborhood canvassing, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, realtors, and insurance professionals.
• Present and explain roofing services to potential clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and close sales.
• Represent Bigfoot Roofing at local events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, business development, or related experience (roofing/construction industry experience is a plus, but not required).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with in-person outreach, cold calling, and door-to-door conversations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
