Our customer, an EdTech company, is looking for a SaaS Contract Specialist. They are seeking a skilled legal professional to support SaaS transactions , including drafting , reviewing , and negotiating NDAs , DPAs , and government contracts . The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while effectively managing contract risk. Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension) Hours per Week: 40 hours per week Location: Remote, US Must-Have: Experience with SaaS agreements. Strong understanding of NDAs and DPAs (Data Processing Agreements). Experience negotiating and reviewing government contracts. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with FedRAMP requirements. Background in procurement law or government contracting regulations. Experience supporting public sector legal teams.
