This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Ticketing & Booking Support:

  • Assist clients in booking flights, cruises, train tickets, and other travel-related reservations

  • Verify availability, pricing, and travel regulations before processing bookings

  • Ensure all reservations are accurate and align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets

  • Process modifications, cancellations, and rebookings as needed

Client Assistance:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs

  • Provide personalized recommendations for routes, airlines, and seating options

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our system

  • Process payments and send confirmation details to clients on time

  • Stay informed about airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry updates
