Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers through live chat, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat
· Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Provide product and service information to customers
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents
· Document customer interactions and update records in our database
· Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
· Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs

Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support
· Excellent communication, typing, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently in a remote setting
