• Employed position with a $2.5k sign-on bonus

• Current LSW or LISW license in Ohio
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree (preferred) in social work
• Graduate of a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• 2+ years of recent experience as a social worker in a medical setting
