Position Summary
The goal of the Production Associate is to optimize employee and equipment effectiveness and efficiency, and to reduce waste and meet company objectives. Works under direct guidance of Team Lead.

Work Environment/ Hazards: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Under normal circumstances, noise levels are above OSHA thresholds which require PPE. Hazards: Gloves are required when in direct contact with food. Production Associates are required to wear PPE in designated areas. This position frequently works with hazardous substances and/or processes. Strict adherence to company defined Hazard Control policies and procedures are a condition of employment.
