Production Assistant

Singnala We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Production Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting our production team in various aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning to on-set assistance and post-production tasks. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about the production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
• Provide support to the production team during filming, including talent wrangling and managing on-set logistics.
• Coordinate the delivery and return of production materials and equipment.
• Maintain an organized inventory of equipment and supplies necessary for production.
• Assist in location scouting and securing necessary permissions and clearances.
• Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and documenting meeting notes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Strong enthusiasm for film and media production with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and terminology is a plus.
