Production Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will support various aspects of our production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Working closely with the production team, you will be involved in pre-production planning, on-set activities, and post-production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist the production team in various tasks, including setup and breakdown of equipment.
• Coordinate schedules, assist with call sheets, and ensure timely communication among crew members.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sets and production areas.
• Support the logistics of productions, including managing equipment rentals and supplies.
• Contribute to the preparation of production meetings and documentation, ensuring information is well organized and accessible.
• Assist in researching locations, props, and other resources needed for projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in film, media, or related field preferred.
• Strong interest in production and a desire to build a career in the industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
