Job Description

This position is for the 2024-2025 school year.

Crossroads Elementary is looking for a dynamic, reliable Head Start bus monitor for both the morning and afternoon runs. The morning times are about 7:30-8:30, the afternoon times are about 3:40-4:30 (total of 2 hours each day). The best part is this is only Monday and Tuesday of each week.

Your main role is to assist school bus drivers in maintaining discipline while bus in operation; maintain proper records and documentation; assist student loading, unloading and seating arrangements as required. Candidates must be positive and able to work with young students.

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent and provide a copy to HR upon recommendation to hire.

Step 0: $15.98 per hour

Step 10: $19.66 per hour
