Smartland is hiring a licensed Pest Control Technician who is passionate about protecting properties, solving problems, and ensuring a safe, pest-free environment for our residents.

What Youll Do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity.
• Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively in compliance with state and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate service logs, chemical usage, and equipment records.
• Identify pest sources and recommend preventative measures or property repairs.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve pest-related maintenance issues.
• Perform routine monthly pest control maintenance across multiple Smartland properties.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly while traveling between sites.

What You Bring

• Valid Pest Control License (State of Ohio or transferable).
• Minimum 2 years of pest control experience.
• Additional maintenance or property repair experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and professionalism when interacting with residents and team members.
