StretchLab is seeking Personal trainers who are interested in deepening their experience in stretch therapy, to join our team in our beautiful, brand-new studio that will be located in Blue Bell, PA. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.
StretchLab is the industry leader in offering personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching, in our state-of-the-art open-concept studios, and with highly trained and certified fitness professionals. With the help of our proprietary technology, we are able to use data analytics to create a variety of personalized and targeted wellness programs to empower our clients to move better, recover faster, and achieve their lifestyle and performance goals. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals with prior experience and certifications in various disciplines such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, personal training, yoga, pilates, and more. StretchLabs proprietary flexologist training ensures that our clients receive a consistent and high-quality stretching experience across all locations. StretchLab has close to 400 locations open nationwide.
Position: Our trained Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
- Provide high-quality client care and experience
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Building your book of business, converting first-time prospects, and retaining members
- Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Caring for the studio - clean and maintain equipment and facility
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
- Maintain a strong social media presence to client membership and retention
- Promoting retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance
Requirements: - Love of boutique fitness environment is a must passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Professional certification or expertise in any of the following disciplines - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga Instructor
- Experience working in a fitness/wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with a client
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
- Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 25 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of post-training practical application
Shift Availability: - Day, evening, and weekend Shifts as needed
