General Statement of Duties

The Henrico Adult Education Center is seeking a qualified candidate to perform the duties of Test Administrator. The Pearson VUE Test Lab is located within the Adult Education Center - Regency Campus

The Pearson VUE Certified Administrator will be responsible for managing the exam delivery process. The Administrator will utilize Pearson VUE Testing System applications, including Site Manager, Admissions Manager, Registration Manager, and Delivery Manager.

This vacancy is open until filled.This is a temporary position (on an as need basis).The schedule will consist of a combination of day and evening hours up to 29 hours per week.

Essential Duties

• Utilize Pearson VUE software for various duties including, but not limited to: check-in, case management, and candidate registration.
• Be professional and courteous at all times.
• Create a comfortable, pleasant environment for the candidate.
• Keep all candidate and exam information confidential.
• Maintain order and quiet in the testing room.
• Monitor every candidate during every testing session, for the entire session.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be able to take and pass the Pearson Vue Test Administrator Certification Exam within 30 days of hire.This certification will be provided by Pearson at no expense to use.The use of a computer is mandatory for this position.

Additional Information

$22.93 per hour. This is a temporary position (on an as need basis).

THE TEMPORARY HIRING PROCESS IS HANDLED BY THE PRINCIPAL AT THE SCHOOL LEVEL.
