Take 5 Oil Change is your neighborhood go-to oil change spot with over 35 years of experience. They are looking for friendly and energetic part-time Oil Change Team Members who are people persons, self-motivated, and love working with cars. No experience is required as training is provided to become a lube technician capable of changing oil, replacing wiper blades/air filters, filling air in tires, and performing other light maintenance services. The job includes draining motor oil, changing oil filters, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking and maintaining inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods, work in hot/cold weather, and have reliable transportation. The position offers up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, paid weekly, part-time schedules, free oil changes, and opportunities for advancement with paid training.
