Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Sales: Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
• Consultations: Conduct consultations to assess client needs and provide appropriate insurance products.
• Follow-Up: Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in insurance or sales is advantageous but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation: Self-driven with a passion for meeting sales targets and helping clients.
• Reliability: Able to manage your time effectively and work independently and remote.
