Our client is searching for Paraprofessionals (health aides) for roles in Brooklyn. This is a 1099 (contracting) role. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience).

Districts are based in Coney Island, Brighton Beach, Bensonhurst, Verrazano Bridge, Borough Park, Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights and the southern section of Sunset Park areas. Accessible with B or R Trains (depending on location).

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Duties may include but not be limited to assisting students with ambulation, feeding and toileting, crisis management, oral transliteration, transportation, etc.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE SCHEDULE
We are searching for candidates available Monday-Friday during school hours.
This is a long-term role and would require NY BOE background clearance.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
*Candidates must be available to work during school hours
* Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* At least eighteen years of age and possess a high school diploma.
* School-based experience
* Ability to obtain and present NY Department of Education Fingerprints
* Health Services by a Health Aide can be provided by an individual who has permanent New York State Education Department license and current registration certificate as a Health Aide OR who has been appropriately trained as a Health Aide.
